In January The O'BRIEN'S Group was contracted with the State of Mississippi to develop two statewide Strategic National Stockpile Training, Education, and Demonstration Package (TED) Exercises. These two exercises will incorporate more than 1000 participants operating in multiple jurisdictions throughout the state in response to a biological terrorist attack. The exercise program will begin design and development in early February of 2005.
